copees is a registered trademark belonging to milkprint SAS. Domain names «copees.fr» and «copees.com» are reserved by milkprint SAS.

1.3 General terms and conditions of sale

All orders and sales concluded on the website of copees are governed by these general conditions of sale. The validation of the box «I have read and accept the GTC» located on page «3. DELIVERY AND PAYMENT» implies the acceptance, without restrictions or reservations, by the customer of these GTC. The relationship between copees and the customer is governed only by these General Terms of Sale, to the exclusion of any other document.

The copees  site has been declared to the CNIL under number 2031385.

In accordance with the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, as amended, you have a right to access, rectify or delete personal data that we may collect from you. These data are those that you have voluntarily saved (when creating your account, completing an order).

No personal information concerning you will be transferred to third parties or used by copees for purposes not expressly mentioned.

copees undertakes not to disclose any information that the customer will communicate to him as part of the validation of the order on the page "3. DELIVERY AND PAIEMENT ".

Their use (name, first name, address, email, phone number) is reserved for order processing and customer follow-up;; advertising commercial offers for products and services similar to those ordered or by personalizing the site according to the customer’s interests. 3.1 Object of milkprint

copees is a solution that offers online printing, a service for printing printed documents, collection in store (24/7) and shipping (see article 5 delivery). copes print or have printed, for the customer, according to the options chosen by the customer on the page « 2.

3.2 Implementation of services provided by milkprint.fr

In order to complete the client’s request, the client must upload the document(s). Configuration of print and finish options on page “2. OVERVIEW AND DETAILS” and payment on page “3. DELIVERY AND PAIEMENT ” serve as BAT (Good To Shoot). 4.1 Taking orders

The services offered by copees can only be ordered via the website copees.com.

The completion of an order within two hours is correlated to the amount of page to print. Thus, if an order exceeds 8000 (eight thousand) pages A4 black and white or 7000 (seven thousand) color; 4000 pages black and white or 3500 in color for A3 pages. If ever the order contains a request for shaping (binding, brochure, etc.) the maximum quantity of printable page will be impacted.

4.2 Rendering

The customer can, on the page « 2. OVERVIEW AND OPTIONS ”, view page by page the document he transferred, as well as the shaping option he chose. Printed documents cannot accurately reproduce the colours that appear on the computer from which the customer registers his order. Indeed the colors can present a different appearance according to the working software used, the computer, the image quality of the customer’s screen. Consequently, the responsibility of copees cannot be engaged because of a marginal nuance between the colors visualized and the colors of the delivered product.

copees undertakes to respect the colors of the graphic file as its production line renders them, this printing line being calibrated according to the standard of the European standard in force.

copees shall in no way be held responsible for errors or errors contained in the body of the document that have escaped the customer, or pages forgotten. 5.1 Delivery

The delivery is carried out by providing the work to or to the delivery addresses indicated by the customer or to the addresses of shops copees stipulated on the order. The time or date of delivery or collection in store is specified according to the choice made on the page «3. DELIVERY AND PAIEMENT ».

The service is performed by our partner Stuart, from Monday to Sunday, from 8am to 10:30pm. The proposed delivery area is the entire city of Paris (Bois de Boulogne and Bois de Vincennes excluded). In the event of a delay from the receipt by the Stuart courier of the package in the copees  shop, the responsibility shall not rest with copees .

Upon receipt of the order, it will be up to the recipient(s) to check the number and condition of the package(s), as well as their conformity. If any problem is detected by the customer, the latter must refer to Article 8 Complaint in order to know the procedure to follow.

copees is automatically released from its delivery obligations, in the following cases: omission or inaccuracy of the information provided by the customer when ordering, force majeure, strike, bad weather interrupting the delivery service and fortuitous cases.

5.2 Withdrawal in store

It is possible for the customer to request a withdrawal in store. For the choice « Paris – Châtelet les Halles » the availability is 24/24, 7/7.

The delivery of the order is done in exchange for the communication of the order number and an identity document on behalf of the customer. If a third party goes to the store to collect an order, a power of attorney including the customer’s signature and a copy of his identity card (scanned or printed) will be requested.

The realization of an order, concerning the reproduction of all or part of a document likely to be protected by the law of the intellectual property, supposes that the client holds the reproduction rights for its benefit.

Consequently, the customer guarantees copees that he/she is the holder, where applicable, of all intellectual property rights relating to the writings, images, photos, data, logos, drawings, trademarks and models appearing on the digital documents supplied at the time of his/her order and/or that he/she has received all the necessary authorisations in this respect, but also that their use, reproduction and/or printing do not infringe the rights of third parties, nor constitute a violation of the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code and any other applicable legislation.

Similarly, the customer will personally deal with and guarantee copees as necessary against any claim made by any rightful claimant, which is directly and/or indirectly linked to the services provided by copees&
